Grey-headed Flying Fox - Pteropus poliocephalus*
Spectacled Flying Fox - Pteropus conspicillatus*
Little Red Flying Fox - Pteropus scapulatus*
Common blossom bat - Syconycteris australis

*Species are under increasing pressure from loss of habitat, human cruelty and harassment.

Natural habitat is in trees along waterways.
Human development has inhabited or cleared most of these areas.

Megabats, (Flying-foxes or Fruit bats) are keystone species. Long distance pollination and seed dispersal.
